Join the highly acclaimed Sartory String Quartet as they explore chamber music in a unique and intimate setting. With the performers set in the centre of the room, this 'Encounter' with a string quartet will enrich your listening experience. Hear the performers give historical and musical context to their performances of movements of string quartets by Haydn, Beethoven, Grieg, Sculthorpe and more. The Albany Fine Music series is a series of concerts showcasing some of the best musicians in Albany and from around the world. Held regularly on the 3rd Friday of every month, these innovative and exciting set of experiences are set in the soft candlelight of Wesley Church, Albany. The Sartory String Quartet is to perform a program as part of the first ever regional incarnation of the WA Young Artists Chamber Music Program (WAYACHAMP), which will be held on the following weekend.
